The Rich Man and Lazarus

1. The difference between the two men. Whatever is “Our Help” is our God and is what our identity is in. The difference between those in Heaven and Hell is, those in hell have lost their identity, while those in heaven have fully gained it.
2. There is judgment and justice for the rich man. Those in hell ultimately receive what they want, escape from God, and the justice and judgment that is deserving of their harmful actions.
3. Hell teaches us just how much God loves us. Enough for Jesus to experience hell/death for us so that we can experience Life.
